1x, 3x, 10x magnification photos using Night enforcer® PVS-14

Boat in Harbor - Night Vision Photos
Standing in the exact same location, the above images were taken using a Digital FujiFilm FinePix Camera. First without any night vision, then with a Night Enforcer® PVS-14 with standard 1x lens attached, then with the 3x Military Magnifier Lens attached and last with the 10x Magnifier lens attached. As the magnification increases, you can see the photos get slightly darker. This is because the narrower the front objective lens gets the less light gets in. This is especially true for the 10x lens. The Mil Spec 3x & 5x lenses try to compensate for the higher magnification/less light problem by having a wider objective. See images below.

Beach Fire Pit - Night Vision Photos
Same setting as above, but with slightly more ambient light. In the 10x shot, you can see the lifeguard tower directly below the
bloom caused by the fire pit and you can see the people standing next to it. It was a bit difficult to stabilize the camera
so the 10x shot turned out slightly out of focus. Pretty impressive though for being about 2 miles away from the fire pit area - at night!
