Morovision Night Vision to Distribute and Sell OASYS Technology, LLC., Thermal
Monoculars / Mono‐Sights and Related Thermal Equipment
DANA POINT, CA., October 2, 2009 ‐ Morovision Night Vision, Inc., a leading supplier of U.S.
manufactured night vision equipment since 1991, officially announced as authorized distributor of
OASYS Technology, LLC., hand‐held and weapons mountable thermal products—most notably the
SkeetIR‐VO™, the SkeetIR™, the UTM™, the UTB™, the UNS‐T/LR™, and the RED‐I™ Head Mounted
Display.
The SkeetIR‐VO™, (Viewer Only) and the SkeetIR™ are both credit card size thermal monoculars that
display true 320x240 (Detector) resolution using one (1) DL123 battery. The design of the SkeetIR‐VO™
and SkeetIR™ make them the smallest most powerful thermal monocular / mono‐sight available on the
market. The difference is weapons mounting capability. The SkeetIR™ is externally and internally
designed to allow for bore sighting and features 2 reticle selections. The SkeetIR‐VO™ has no weapons
mounting capabilities. The SkeetIR‐VO™ and SkeetIR™ are perfect law enforcement tools for first
responders, search and rescue, officer safety protection, and a wide number of other homeland security
applications.
The slightly larger UTM™/ StalkIR™ [Universal Thermal Monocular] is the first palm sized 640x480 hybrid thermal mono‐sight. It has 4
times the resolution of the typical competitor systems [of similar size], dual‐band pointing/aiming lasers,
and thermal sensitivity exceeding that of any rival system. The UTM™/ StalkIR™ is truly a hybrid of
integration.
The Universal Thermal Binocular UTB™ is the highest performance/smallest thermal binocular available,
featuring true 640x480 resolution. The UTB™ provides dual band laser pointers in both visible and
infrared [Optional] and provides narrow, medium or wide FOV lenses for different mission options.
Currently fielded by the U.S. Military, the UNS‐T/LR™ [Universal Night Sight - Thermal Long Range] is a high performance sensor sight that can be
clipped on in front of a day scope. The UNS‐T/LR effectively supports long range [500 Meter+] sniper and
surveillance missions .
Additionally fielded with the U.S. Army is the RED‐I head mounted display system [HMD]. The RED‐I is a
remote observation device supporting a variety of missions and weapon systems and is compatible with
just about any thermal imaging device. It allows for a 640x480 display and can be fitted with most NSN
eyewear.
“We are honored to have the opportunity to distribute and sell these technologically advanced thermal
devices”, said Morovision Night Vision President David Newbro. “We believe these thoughtfully and
well designed thermal systems will set a new industry benchmark for hybrid thermal equipment in the
thermal marketplace. Through our preferred dealer network we will supply our federal, state and local
law enforcement customers with some of the finest thermal equipment manufactured to date”.
